From a handful of employees, RDLA has grown to include
more than 65 professionals and support staff working with clients on
projects that range widely in size and scope.
Our senior management team has been with the firm for 15
years or more. Staff longevity, combined with the firm’s sole
focus on planning and designing healthcare facilities, provide our
clients with a depth of knowledge and cumulative experience that bring
exceptional value to each project on which we work.
When a project requires additional expertise, we enlist outside
consultants representing a broad range of disciplines who bring a
similar commitment to design excellence, creative problem solving and
responsiveness to our clients. |

Ted joined RDLA in 1980, and over the
last two-plus decades has been involved in every aspect of project
development from programming and conceptual design through construction
administration. He has taken the lead role in many of the firm’s
most challenging and complex commissions and, to date, has participated
in the development of over eighty hospital and healthcare commissions.
In addition to his responsibilities leading project teams, Ted plays a
leadership role in office management including the hiring, training and
retention of staff. |
