From a handful of employees, RDLA has grown to include
more than 65 professionals and support staff working with clients on
projects that range widely in size and scope.
Our senior management team has been with the firm for 15
years or more. Staff longevity, combined with the firm’s sole
focus on planning and designing healthcare facilities, provide our
clients with a depth of knowledge and cumulative experience that bring
exceptional value to each project on which we work.
When a project requires additional expertise, we enlist outside
consultants representing a broad range of disciplines who bring a
similar commitment to design excellence, creative problem solving and
responsiveness to our clients. |

In 1980, Peter Franke joined RDLA and
since that time has participated in virtually all of RDLA’s
healthcare facility master planning and design projects. Currently, as
leader of the MEP design group, he is responsible for developing
systems specifically geared to the special needs of hospital and
research facilities. And as Director of Engineering Services,
Peter insures the general coordination and integration of all
engineering disciplines on each project undertaken by the firm. |
