From a handful of employees, RDLA has grown to include
more than 65 professionals and support staff working with clients on
projects that range widely in size and scope.
Our senior management team has been with the firm for 15
years or more. Staff longevity, combined with the firm’s sole
focus on planning and designing healthcare facilities, provide our
clients with a depth of knowledge and cumulative experience that bring
exceptional value to each project on which we work.
When a project requires additional expertise, we enlist outside
consultants representing a broad range of disciplines who bring a
similar commitment to design excellence, creative problem solving and
responsiveness to our clients. |

Joe has been associated with RDLA for
over 25 years and has participated in more than 60 significant hospital
planning and design projects during this period. His
responsibilities have included a full range of services, and as a
senior member of the design group, he plays a significant role in
